Parents' Gathering

April 2, 2022 at 10:30am-12:00pm

Parents are invited to join our Parents’ Gathering on April 2, 2022 10:30am-12:00pm through zoom.

Topic: Creating Healthy Rhythms During Uncertain Times.

In our family life, it is important to cultivate an environment for kids to experience God and grow in relationship with Him. Spiritual disciplines or practices can serve as a foundation for cultivating a culture of spiritual formation with children. Spiritual disciplines are rhythms, like breathing. It does not have to be complicated, but it does require intentionality. Join in this workshop for some simple tools, resources and ideas to engage your kids in a deepening relationship with Jesus. Along with intentional spiritual practices, it is important to guide kids in developing social emotional skills. We will also learn some simple, practical ways parents can do this.
